With all the Jedi there is always a rebel who knows the ways of the dark side, though they are extreamly skilled. They are dangerous, and Dylan can be most unpredicatable....
Dylan is torn between good and bad longing for power, yet looking for light. She's powerful and vengeful, one of her faults, quite young too.She'll stop at nothing to get what she is told to earn and ruthlessly will fight for power. She can be loyal at most times and rarely distrusts. With an amazing force push, she can be very unpritctiable and highly dangerous. Yet, thogh with all power comes fault and in the end it could be her demise.

Ah here is your entry I didnt know you had done it 
well gets you an early start over the rest. OK I'll rate your pic now note this is a totally unbiast, fair and kind and non-nasty review as possible so I will not get critiqued for being unfair and all that. Anyway on with it.....
Character
Well the idea of an anthro wolf character definetly gives the character good class, plus the fact its a woman, there are not many woman Jedis also the war face paint designs make her look mean and with the usual Jedi cape clothing makes her a very oringinal looking Jedi. Points 17/20.
Character BIO
Now that is a very good idea, someone that is torn between the Dark side and the Light side and remains devoted to both, a woman that wants power but wants to use it to help her fellow Jedi. Very intriguing. Points 9/10
Character Uniqueness
A character that is an anthro wolf(not seen on Star Wars but maybe you can call chewie an anthro but I dunno) is female and is a sort of neutral character torn between the dark and light side. Uses the common single bladed lightsaber but then thats customary to Jedi knights, very unique. Points 8/10
Force Abilities
Well you only listed one force power, but you were careful to state that its a very powerful force push, so rather than having multiple abilites you concentrated on making one powerful force move. Nice thinking. Points 7/10
Line Art
Unfortunately the line art seems a bit wobbly and the dark colours on the coat and the black background make it very hard to see how the line art actually is and the lightsaber is a little crooked and the light saber is a bit wobbly too. But the coat lines are nice and thick and easy enough to see. Points 16/20
Colouring
The fur colour is spot on. Also a good job on the coat, but then thats it really not a lot of colour to it (showing some clothes could've helped). Points 16/20
Background
Well unfortunately the background is just plain black and makes the pic too plain (plus makes the outline of the character hard to see) but you threw in the Star Wars style font so the background is'nt all dull. Points 5/10
Max points 78/100 shame you couldnt just get the 80 but still a decent score well done
